Eighteen years of making enterprise systems run themselves. I started out writing banking and trading software, spent the 2010s moving data platforms to the cloud, and have spent the last seven architecting on Google Cloud, now at LTIMindtree and before that Capgemini. These days it’s agentic AI: agents that investigate, decide, and ask a person before they touch production.
